Audience may have a bout of Seth Rogen overdose after seeing him in countless movies the last couple years from Pineapple Express to Knocked up or Superbad. This would however detract from this relatively entertaining movie. Zach and his best friend Miriam (Elizabeth Banks) are so far in debt that they are desperate to keep the lights and heat on. Making a porno could solve their financial problem right? Raunchy comedy with a few good moments.

Kate Beckinsale plays Rachel Armstrong, a reporter who just wrote the article of her life and is now prosecuted by the US government (aka special prosecutor Patton Dupois, the ruthless Matt Dillon) to give up her sources under the pretext of National security. Obviously, Armstrong refuses and ends up in jail. Surprisingly solid performance from Kate Beckinsale. I had some reservations as to whether she could carry a meatier part like this one and she did a solid job of portraying Armstrong’s fight. Very good cast overall highlighted by the brilliant Vera Farmiga as the named CIA operative.
