Lots of WOW responses here. Miramax done? How will the Oscars nominate anything?
George Lucas………really?
Bourne is not Bond. There is no Bourne without Damon for me.
Olivia Wilde in anything is happy, because if it’s bad she’s still there.
Enough with the 3D movies or conversions! You are not going to beat Avatar.
@ Heather: I agree with you on Bourne. It’s reboot mania on Hollywood, even something as recent as Bourne and Spiderman are getting reboots, that’s ridiculous
@ Branden: Everyone wants a piece of the pie. Again, ridiculous especially given the fact that many of the upcoming release were not shot in 3D and it will truly be a gimmick.
Hey there Castor, funny I just mentioned about Passengers and that Terrence Malick new project today as well. I’m psyched on the latter, and I dearly hope we won’t wait too long for it.
I’ll watch Titans with or without 3D, the Kraken is definitely the star of that movie
I haven’t heard about Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, I gotta check that out. Thanks for the tip!
Same here Ruth, Malick made 4 movies in like 30 years so he does work at a languishing pace!
Like I told you on your blog: Christian Bale already worked with Malick in The New World in one of his rare relaxed performance that I want to see much more from him. Bardem, I must admit I have seen him only in No Country for Old Men but he was terrifying and did a lot with little dialogue so I can see why Malick would want him. Rachel McAdams is an actress that is very adept at adding to a scene by taking her time and slowing down the pace so she strikes me as being perfect for the type of movies Malick does which are slower-moving and very contemplative in style.
Needless to say I’m excited to see him make back-to-back movies with no less than my man Christian Bale and the wonderful Rachel McAdams
Sherlock Holmes 2 already?? wow can’t wait to see if they can make it any better than the first…
Awesome…i was telling my girlfriend the other day how cool it would be for Transformers to be in 3D…and now I get to see a brand new transformers in 3D. Any one know when this one’s coming out?
Yeah I would also love to know when the next transformers comes out.. hope they haven’t moved the date like with all the others such as underworld and all…
While the first two Underworlds(moreso the first) are indded guilty pleasures of mine, I thought the third one was absolutely horrific. Sloppy on so many levels. Even with Beckinsale in the new one, I’m really not looking foward to it if they continue to do what they did with the prequel. And from what I’ve heard, Beckinsale doesn’t even want to be in it. Not really great news for a franchise when the lead actress is reluctant to come back.
