Watch: Exciting Full Trailer for “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol”

Paramount has released a new trailer for Brad Bird’s Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol on Yahoo and it looks great. Tom Cruise stars once again as IMF agent Ethan Hunt who has to go undercover along with his team to clear his organization’s name after they are implicated in a global terrorist plot.

The star-studded cast also includes Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton, Simon Pegg, Josh Holloway, Michael Nyqvist, and Tom Wilkinson who dies in a rather spectacular fashion in the preview below. The trailer is excellent with plenty of new footage of the many heart-pounding action set-pieces that are sure to blow us away.

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol opens in select IMAX theaters on December 16th, with the wide release coming on December 21st. Watch the embed below or click over to Yahoo for HD.

  3. I like it! And you know what? I am excited that this one actually looks a lot more like an actual “Mission Impossible” movie instead of just an action movie with the title and characters of the Mission Impossible films!

    Tom Cruise running down the side of the tallest building in the world…amazing.

First half of the trailer pulled me in, it looked gritty, fast and in your face (I suppose how undercover agent work is supposed to be), but then it reverted to the typical flashy cars, tuxedo’s and over-the-top technological devices which I’m not too bothered about to be honest seeing as every generic spy film contains these three elements.
