First Teaser Poster for Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’
“The Search For Our Beginning Could Lead To Our End.” Fox has released a teaser poster for Ridley Scott’s sci-fi movie Prometheus, starring Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Noomi Rapace, Idris Elba, and Guy Pearce. The poster is somewhat enigmatic, depicting that giant head we saw previously in the EW feature a few weeks ago. Overall, nothing really special that would enlighten us more about the story.
The film, long rumored to be a prequel to Scott’s 1979 classic Alien, will center around a team of explorers who discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.
Check out the one-sheet below. Prometheus will be released in 3D on June 8, 2012.

…but remember, it’s not an Alien prequel!
I think this all but confirms that the two things are pretty strongly connected.
Yea even the posters are pretty similar.
I…don’t think I want to see that in 3D. Do I?
Why not? Are you so afraid of that giant head?
Cool!!
I don’t want to see it in 3D.
