New Pictures of Brad Pitt, Richard Jenkins and Ray Liotta in ‘Cogan’s Trade’
After directing the underrated The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, Andrew Dominik is making his long-awaited return behind the camera with Cogan’s Trade. The crime drama, based on George V. Higgins‘ novel, centers on about a mob enforcer (Brad Pitt) investigating a heist during a mob-protected poker game.
While The Weinstein Company remains mum about a release date, the Russian site Kinopoisk (via The Film Stage) has uncovered a set of new pictures including Brad Pitt, Richard Jenkins, James Gandolfini and Ray Liotta. Unseen on the images but also part of the cast are Scoot McNairy, Ben Mendelsohn, Bella Heathcote, Sam Shepard and Garret Dillahunt.
Check out the set pictures below and let us know what you think!

Seriously now, I can’t be the only one thinking “Damn, Brad Pitt looks so good in these pictures”- the man is hot, you got to give it to him! The movie looks interesting, too
Well, it’s fooking Brad Pitt!
This looks pretty fucking cool.
Indeed!
Wow the possibility of Ray Liotta to be in something respectable again makes this one a possibility.
It almost seems impossible, so much so that you worry Cogan’s Trade is going to be a bad movie, in which case his involvement makes sense
It goes without saying that as one of the biggest fans of The Assassination of Jesse James, I can’t wait for this movie; but slightly off topic I just wanna say that I’m jealous Brad Pitt still has such a thick head of hair at his age.
I wouldn’t know but I certainly hope it will be the case for me down the road ahah
Nice find. This actually looks very interesting to me.
Looks firmly up my street!! Thanks Castor
I don’t usually get into the mob films, but this one could potentially break that record for me.
And while I love Pitt, I always try to remember that he does have a full time hair and makeup staff working only on him. Hahaha!
I’ve enjoyed the two Dominick movies I’ve seen; I’m a junkie for mob movies; I’m especially a junkie for mob movies with the 70′s feel that this one apparently has; Gandolfini and Liotta as mobsters again is sublime; and Pitt rarely lends his name to cinematic turds. So… yeah. This article made my day.
