Hehe. This was the point during my second viewing of the film, when my two female friends were screaming “KISS HIM YOU FOOL!”
I knew better.
Ahaha yea, no head stomping, no kiss
This was one of the many points in the movie where the audience I saw it with was screaming at the screen. I’m pretty sure I was the only one in the theater who like the movie.
Yea it’s a pretty awkward scene but I think it was done to convey the social awkwardness of Driver, how it doesn’t how to interact with this woman who is showing him some interest.
That’s some funny shit.
I wasn’t screaming, but I was not a fan of the extennnnnded pauses. I know why they were done and I am down with the idea of them, but they were overdone and too long.
LOL. very funny! At that point I was amazed. How they made romantic atmosphere just on the way they looked at each other, but if you listen their conversations they were just talking casually.
Thanks Andina. Yea, if they were talking at all lol
Funny!!! I actually thought really? Do people that hardly know each other have silences that long? They clearly fancy fancy the pants off each other. Must be tough sometimes doing ‘acting’!
Ahaha yea, that scene just kept going on forever. JUST SAY SOMETHING!
Sums up 90% of my conversations in past relationships. Gotta love extended pauses. Maybe that’s why Drive was my number 1
Hahaha. Gotta love the minimalist dialogue.
Give him a break guys. He was trying to decide whether he liked stuff or not!
