Watch: Full Trailer for ‘Resident Evil: Retribution’
Screen Gems has debuted the full trailer for Resident Evil: Retribution, the fifth installment of the franchis. Having only seen the first two movies, I have absolutely no idea what’s going on in the trailer but it certainly looks as ridiculous as ever.
It all looks pretty terrible but the mildly successful franchise has its fans and they will probably be excited to see Milla Jovovich return to the big screen in her tight leather outfit. The movie hits theaters on September 14th. Watch the trailer below or click over to Yahoo! for HD.
The wildly successful film franchise adaptation that has grossed nearly $700 million worldwide to the popular video game series, “Resident Evil,” returns in its highly anticipated fifth installment, “Re5ident Evil: Retribution” in state-of-the art 3D.
The Umbrella Corporation’s deadly T-virus continues to ravage the Earth, transforming the global population into legions of the flesh eating Undead. The human race’s last and only hope, Alice (Milla Jovovich), awakens in the heart of Umbrella’s most clandestine operations facility and unveils more of her mysterious past as she delves further into the complex. Without a safe haven, Alice continues to hunt those responsible for the outbreak; a chase that takes her from Tokyo to New York, Washington, D.C. and Moscow, culminating in a mind-blowing revelation that will force her to rethink everything that she once thought to be true. Aided by newfound allies and familiar friends, Alice must fight to survive long enough to escape a hostile world on the brink of oblivion. The countdown has begun.

How many times can you wake up and still not realise that zombies have taken over?! Thick thick thick!!
Also when did the fourth film come?
So, apparently, someone involved in this franchise finally watched Snyder’s Dawn of the Dead remake.
The best thing about this is the poster ^^ …
This is my guilty pleasure. I’m in.
Never been interested in this franchise and I’m not about to start anytime soon
I’ve only seen the first film and… it was OK. Still not going to see it no matter how ridiculous it is.
I think when they start pulling the “It was all a dream” shit at the 5th movie thats a bad sign.
Andrew above hit the nail on the head. Looks like a rip off of the DOTD remake at the start and then it REALLY goes down hill. Spectacularly lame.
I will moan and fuss about this… but still end up going to see it!!
