One of the more enigmatic upcoming film of 2012 is Pete Travis’ Dredd, a new movie from the Judge Dredd universe starring Karl Urban and Olivia Thirlby. Lionsgate has released five new images from the film and those give us a good look at the characters’ crabby mood and funny-looking attires.

Three New Images from ‘Snow White and The Huntsman’
Universal continues to promote Snow White and the Huntsman as a darker, grittier adaptation of the fairy tale. We are cautiously optimistic that Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth and most particularly Charlize Theron will be able to make this a lot more badass and grown-up than you would expect from a traditional Snow White movie.

One of the main concern for the studio was whether they would be able to build any excitement from the ranks of non-readers and it looks like today’s new trailer is the best preview yet of what’s to come.
First Official Image Of Daniel Craig In ‘Skyfall’
Now, the film’s official Facebook page has released the first “official” picture from the film (I guess the one with Craig sitting by the pool in his speedo wasn’t it). The still features an unshaven Bond holding a gun while standing in some fancy room full of neon lights. Check out the image after the jump!

The story basically is a horror spin-off Snakes on a Plane, with passengers stuck on a trans-Pacific flight with evil-intentioned ghosts instead of snakes. The film stars Ryan Kwanten, Leslie Bibb, Nicky Whelan, Jerry Ferrera, Christian Serratos, Jamie Chung, and Amy Smart.

Summit has released the first trailer for action-thriller The Cold Light of Day, starring Superman Henry Cavill, Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver. The film centers on a young American (Cavill) having a lovely vacation in Spain until all hell breaks loose and his family is abducted by intelligence agents determined to recover a mysterious briefcase.

Summit Entertainment has released a teaser for Step Up 4 and it’s exactly what you would expect. A completely ridiculous story coupled to spectacularly choreographed dance sequences that are sure to rile up the many fans of this successful franchise. The film stars Ryan Guzman, Kathryn McCormick (So You Think You Can Dance), Misha Gabriel and Peter Gallagher.
New Images from ‘Snow White and the Huntsman’
Universal has released two new pictures for Rupert Sanders’ Snow White and the Huntsman (via Facebook). In these, we get a good look at Chris Hemsworth and the eight dwarves as well as Charlize Theron doing her best impression of the Evil Queen. At this point, it’s fairly obvious that this particular adaptation looks more intriguing than Tarsem’s Mirror Mirror which is aimed at a much younger audience.
Exciting New Clips and Pictures from ‘Safe House’
Universal is looking to rebound from a relatively mediocre year in 2011 which saw the studio only manage two bona-fide hits in Fast Five and Bridesmaids out of a 18-movie slate. The studio has hopes that their upcoming action-thriller Safe House, starring Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds, will be a box office success and with the film a couple weeks away, here are a couple new clips as well as a big batch of new pictures for you to enjoy.
