CHRIS

Round 1

"I pick… drum-roll please… Zack Snyder! Chances are if casting goes my way, I’m going to end up with a movie that has very little substance but is stylistic enough to make your eyes bleed – and who better to direct such a film than Mr Snyder whose cinematic efforts, although lacking, have been visual spectacles. Bam."

Round 2

George Clooney. "Well who else?! Here is a man who describe paint drying and I’d still be enthralled! we’ve seen him in some pretty interesting roles but I think it’s high time he did something a little darker – the perfect candidate to head up my cast!"

Round 3

"Here’s my leading lady… stand up Natalie Portman!

There’s something about her that just melts my heart – she’s been brilliant since a very young age and there should be no challenge for her to fit into what I’m planning on the wider project."

Round 4

Chris selects Christoph Waltz. "This guy deserved so much more than his best supporting oscar last year – he was completely mesmorising in Inglorious Basterds; what was for me a very sub-par film. If he can stand above the crowd like that in a mediocre effort, imagine what he can do in a stronger film!"

Round 5

Famke Janssen Explanation coming up

Round 6

"Idris Elba: He'll be well known for his big screen appearances in the likes of Rock n' Rolla and The Losers as well as small screen showings in the Office and the Wire but what really attracted me to him was his recent appearance in BBC short drama Luthor in which he played a confused, troubled, angry and brilliant detective. In it he showed he has a great range and that he's bloody huge! He's the perfect choice to provide some muscle to my cast."

Round 7

"The last pick… the twist in the tail… BAM! IT’S TOM SELLECK!

If you guys knew me a little better (and probably this time next time you will do) it would’ve been obvious from the start that he’d figure somewhere in my line up. I love this guy, he’s my hero. I think it’s time he tried something a little more menacing and he’s going to be the brains behind my antagonists’ operations. Woohoo!"
