TRAVIS

Round 1

"I pick Christopher Nolan. He’s a great director and has a lot of buzz just by his name’s sake. He has a great style, can make great input in the writing and has a lot of good working relationships with other actors."

Round 2

"Anne Hathaway-She's talented, versatile and she's got a Julia Roberts esque smile that can melt any man. She proved in Rachel Getting Married that she can do drama really well (so much so it earned her an Oscar nod), can make us laugh in The Princess Bride series or Valentine's Day and can make us cringe in Havok. She always dedicates herself 100% to her roles, men and women love her and she's a very wanted woman. It'd be an honor to have her be part of our team. "

Round 3

"Donnie Wahlberg- Despite getting a bad rap in the television for being a “cancellation cancer,” the older brother of Marky Mark is a great actor in my opinion. Any fan of the Saw series will know that he has a fire in his eyes, an intensity in the way he moves and a sensitivity that can break your heart. He’s also proved he can play crazy with his brief role in The Sixth Sense as well as a military man with the miniseries Band of Brothers. And if he’s nailed anything in his years of acting it’s that of a cop. Whether it’s Boomtown, The Killpoint, Blue Bloods, Rizzoli and Isles or Dead Silence, he is a believable cop, a dedicated cop and a cop you care about. I think Donnie’s biggest problem has been he hasn’t been able to break out and do a movie worth talking about like his brother Mark has. I think with Nolan behind the helm and me producing it, he will finally have that breakout film."

Round 4

"My pick is Ryan Reynolds. He is such a joy to watch whenever he is on screen. He is a comic genius mixing snark, wit and perfect comedic timing to make almost everything he says funny. He’s also a total badass as well with films like Blade 3, Amnityville Horror and his upcoming Green Lantern and Deadpool movies. He’s also a great serious actor (see Smokin Aces) and I think he will be perfect. Plus the ladies love him."

Round 5

"I will use but my fifth round pick is another charismatic, good looking, funny and witty guy… Bradley Cooper. He’s shown time and time again that he is great in comedy, but it wasn’t until I saw Midnight Meat Train when I learned “Wow he can actually do serious films as well as comedies.” And that darkness he showed towards the end of the film and in the last shot of the film really told me that I wanted him in my movie. A genuine guy, fun to work with and a guy who you’d like to sit around and have a beer with, Bradley Cooper is a great fifth round pick. And the ladies love him."

Round 6

"My 6th round pick is Rose McGowan. Ever since The Doom Generation I have been interested in this woman. She has beauty, brains, brawn and talent to back it up. Whether it’s a horror like Scream or Phantoms (yo Ben Affleck was the bomb in Phantoms yo…sorry), drama like Southie (with Donnie I will add) or 50 Dead Men Walking, sci-fi like her 4 seasons on Charmed, or action like the Grindhouse films and the upcoming Machete…this woman can do it all and she can look good while doing it. Plus she played a hooker with a machine gun leg…how badass is that?"

Round 7

"I’m surprised it took this long for him to get drafted but I guess I’m not going to squander this opportunity to take him while I can. My seventh round pick is none other than the legendary Morgan Freeman. Why? Because he’s Morgan F’n Freeman. His voice is powerful and soulful, he can steal any movie he’s in, he can do any genre and he can even make a film about penguins interesting. He’s also worked with Nolan before on the Batman films and they have a good working relationship. So my seventh round pick is Freeman…the voice of god."

Round 8

"I pick Jack Nicholson because he always adds a charm and swagger to every role he’s in. He’s only a supporting character in the film I’m doing but his character is one that can steal any scene he’s in, even if he’s only in it briefly. Think a few good men. But he’s a legend and a great addition to my cast."

Round 9

"Michael C. Hall-I'm picking Michael C Hall because he is an extremely talented actor who always gives 110% in every role he does. His dedication on his work with Dexter and Six Feet Under has made him a hit television star but he hasn't really had a breakout movie. In fact I'm pretty sure he's only been in 1 or 2 movies. Otherwise all his work has been his masterful television work. So with this film I'm giving him the opportunity to showcase his talents he does every week on Dexter, but on the big screen. He's charming, charismatic and has a fire in his eyes."

Round 10

"10th round-Keira Knightley-This talented Brit is always a joy to watch. Whether a period piece, an action film, or swashbuckling, she's always great to watch. She's a talented actress, has a sharp tongue, a great swagger and she's gorgeous. My final pick of this whole draft is Keira Knightley. "
