Plethora of Movie Posters for ‘Footloose’, ‘A Dangerous Method’, ‘The Artist’ and ‘The Lady’
First up, Paramount has released four new posters for Craig Brewer’s remake of Footloose. I can’t say the cheesy trailer has me looking forward to this movie but the posters are relatively stylish for what they are. Kenny Wormwald, Julianne Hough, and Dennis Quaid star in this October 14 release.

What a slow movie news day! Thankfully, a slimmed-down Jonah Hill comes to the rescue as Deadline reports that he has officially signed up to star in sci-fi comedy Neighborhood Watch alongside Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller.

Ip Man star Donnie Yen has reportedly been offered a “tailor-made” role in the upcoming sequel The Expendables 2, according to Twitch. A spokesperson says Yen is interested but is also considering a number of projects, and will wait to see the script before making any decision.

Logical thinking has me to believe that a film entering under the subtext genres of “horror” and “thriller” – would, in fact scare and excite an audience at once. However, director Troy Nixey’s newest scarcely original farce, Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, simply has me afraid of one thing: the future of horror movies.
