I’m not sure what’s happening over at Sony Pictures’ marketing department but it’s a bit perplexing that we get to find out about the red band trailer via some poor quality YouTube and now, some relatively low quality picture is circulating depicting one of the international movie poster.

Theatrical Trailer for Cowboys & Aliens
Universal has just released the theatrical trailer for Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens on Apple. It doesn’t reveal much of anything new from what we have seen in the teaser but it’s still a fun and compelling trailer that does more than enough to guarantee that I will be seeing this in theater.

After this morning’s first trailer for The Green Lantern, another 2011 studio tentpole has unleashed a teaser trailer. I must say Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens is looking like a pretty damn cool movie so far. The movie is starring Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Sam Rockwell, and Olivia Wilde among others and will hit theaters on July 29, 2011.
