In a recent interview with Moviefone.com Kirsten Dunst apparently learned for the first time that the character she portrayed in Cameron Crowe’s Elizabethtown was responsible for the coinage of the term “Manic Pixie Dream Girl”. She did not seem all too pleased and I’ve got her back.
