Yesterday, Lionsgate announced their acquisition of Summit Entertainment for a combination of cash and stock valued at $412.5 million and the move didn’t seem that wise from a shareholder’s point of view. Is there something terribly ominous behind this move?

Unless you really are into Twilight, you will most likely experience uncontrollable burst of laughing and giggling. It will make you cringe so much that laughing will be your only release aside from running into a knife.
